Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Shambhavaa, we invest significant time in preparing your astrological charts (calculating D1, divisional charts, dasha timelines, and transits) before your scheduled consultation. Because of the preparation required, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
By booking a consultation with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Advance Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify us via WhatsApp at least [Insert Hours, e.g., 48 hours] before your scheduled consultation time to be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Fees: Approved refunds may be subject to a small deduction to cover payment gateway processing fees.
- Post-Preparation/Late Cancellations: If you cancel within [Insert Hours, e.g., 48 hours] of your session, the astrologer has already completed the necessary chart preparation. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Completed Sessions: Once a consultation has been provided, absolutely no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Astrology is subjective, and refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with the reading or disagreement with the astrological interpretation.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least [Insert Hours, e.g., 24 hours] prior to your scheduled time.- We allow [Insert Number, e.g., one] free rescheduling per booking.
- Subsequent requests to reschedule may incur an administrative fee.
- If you request to reschedule with less than [Insert Hours, e.g., 24 hours] notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and you will need to book and pay for a new session.
3. No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation call (or does not respond on WhatsApp at the agreed time) without prior notice.- If you are more than [Insert Minutes, e.g., 15 minutes] late for your scheduled appointment, the session will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows.
- If you miss your session, you will be required to make a new booking at full price to receive a consultation.
4. Astrologer Cancellations
In the rare event that the astrologer needs to cancel or postpone the session due to illness, technical failure, or an unforeseen emergency, you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to:- Reschedule to the next available date, or
- Receive a full refund.
